FKK hot surface igniters do not produce discharge sounds or electrical noise like igniters that use high voltage to produce sparks. The ignition flame is not localized contrary to spark ignition. Instead, stable ignition performance is achieved with the flame forming along a plane surface.

Also, the high watt density provides excellent heat efficiency, contributing to high output in compact systems, energy saving as well as substantially reducing the weight of the system.

Vaporizing heaters are even more compact and provide better energetics performances.

The resistors are manufactured by printing a pattern on substrate made of alumina or silicon nitride ceramic, then applying another layer of ceramic over it, and sintering the entire unit.

This solution completetely isolates the resistors from air, preventing them from being oxidized. The resistors provide superior performance in high-temperature strength, mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance, electrical insulation, high-voltage resistance, and chemical resistance. There is no danger of short circuit even when they come in contact with metal.

Hot Surface Igniters

Alumina heaters: Ceramic insulator body glazed Alumina 95%, 90%, 75%, 50%, Mullite, Steatite, Alumina (Al2O3)

Sin heaters: Ceramic insulator body glazed Alumina 95% , 90%, 75%, 50%, Mullite, Steatite, Sillicon nitride (Si3N4). 

Sin heaters are used as hot surface igniters in gas or oil appliance to ignite gas or oil and designed to replace furnace, boiler, pool, gas dryer or water heater igniter. Flat universal replacement silicon nitride igniter. No electrical discharge sound, no electric noise, wide heating zone, stable ignition performance are obtained. AS operating voltage is 120 Volts + 10% - 15% it's feet to most of standard equipement in US, UK or 100 V to 120 systems countries.

Igniter for Vaporizer

Heaters for vaporizer are used for the vaporization of oil in fan heater stoves or oil fired appliance. Getting advantages of high power features and rapid temperature rise, the evaporation device can be compactly designed. It substantially shortens the evaporation time.
